RETURNS POLICY

 

Returns and Refunds

*All our pieces are produced "on demand" but we accept returns and issue refunds for products that are returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of any piece from the "Print" and/or "Rock" collection. We do not accept returns in the case of products with customized designs or dimensions or pieces from other of our collections for which a catalog and samples are available in our website. In the event that we issue a refund, we will credit the payment method you used to purchase the product, but note that we will not refund the original shipping fees. We may also charge return shipping and restocking fees for return from the following locations:

- Third countries other than Spain
- Canary islands
- Balearic Islands
- Ceuta y Melilla

Damaged or Missing Products

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your package. If you receive a damaged product, MikeaDeluxe will replace the product or issue a refund to you. In the event that you observe significant damage to the product’s outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate this when you sign for the shipment.When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to us we will send you a new one right away. You may also take some pictures at package arrival and send them to us.

Please note that some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and others are shipped to our warehouse first for repackaging. As a result, your purchases may arrive in multiple shipments. Please visit the “Orders” section of your online MikeaDeluxe account to track the status of your orders. If all of your shipments have been delivered and you are still missing products, please Contact us immediately.

If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hour window to file freight claims. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can return the item under our standard return policy.

 

Return an Item or Order (within 14 days from order receipt)

  1. Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
  2. Select the order from which you want to return an item.
  3. Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  4. Add an explanation, in order for our shop team to better understand why you want to return this product.
  5. Once the form is complete, click on "Make an RMA slip", and the request will be sent to us. The request appears as "Waiting for confirmation" in your "Return Merchandise Authorization" page, accessible from the account page.
  6. If we agree with the product being returned you will receive an e-mail indicating that the product can be sent back to us.
  7. Once we have received the package, the RMA's status is changed to "Package received".
  8. Finally, once the whole process is over (either you have been refunded or we have issued a credit slip), the RMA's status is changed to "Return completed".
