Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within the first 48 hours after you placed your order you have the right to make changes within or to cancel your order.

How do I know if my order has gone through.

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email. This contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order (including delivery) and the order number.

Will shipping cost be added to my order?

Yes, the shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of your order as well as the destination of the products. You can calculate your shipping cost by placing your order into the shopping cart on the site and entering your zip code and country.

Has my order been sent?

When your order is sent you will receive a mail containing a tracking link. This link provides you with the possibility of tracking your order all the way to you.

Can I return a product?

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your products, provided that it is still in the original state and only if your products have not been customized or purchased off-line.

How do I go about returning a product?

Send an e-mail to info@mikedeluxe.com within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Clearly state in the e-mail that you want to withdraw your purchase. The product must be returned well packaged in the same packaging it was deliveredin or equivalent quality. The buyer is responsible for making sure that the product is packaged well enough to ensure that it is not damaged during the freight.

When will I receive my refund?

Reimbursement of the purchase price is made as soon as possible, however at the latest 14 days after Mikea Deluxe receive the returned goods for verification.

How do I make a complaint?

If your product is any way damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@mikeadeluxe.com. Include some information as at what point you realized about the damage, when you received an unpacked the product, nature of your claim and attach pictures of the damaged product.

Approach in case of any transport damages.

When you receive a delivery from Mikea Deluxe it is important that you immediately check if the packaging and /or the product is damaged and that you note them on the delivery note. Any damages on the package and/or product must be documented with photos, with and without package, and e-mail to us at info@mikeadeluxe.com

What countries do you deliver products to?

We deliver our products within Spain, including Balearic Islands and Canary Islands, France, Germany and AUstria. For any other EC destination contact our Customer Service at info@mikeadeluxe.com
